Return Policy of Glowille:
To return the product to glowille, you need to send us a detailed mail (including photographs) of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org , within 3 days of order delivery. Kindly retain all the packaging material, documents as well the product itself until receipt of instructions from Glowille regarding the issue. If in case you have any other complaints, email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
For any queries you can contact us on: (+91-8238769264) and this is the only number we have. Please dont call on any other number for any queries and don't provide any OTP/Card details. We are not liable if anyone asks your OTP/card details when you call on other number.
Make sure that NOT to return any product before receiving confirmation from Glowille regarding the same (Via e-mail). If any product is returned without confirmation to our warehouse, we will not take responsibility for the product nor issue any replacement or money back. We will examine the product in light of the mail you sent for all claimed defects/mistakes of the goods. If we find on examination of the product that an error has occurred on the customer's side, then we will return the product to the customer, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. All return shipping charges should be made through reputed courier agencies and all shipping cost regarding the same shall be borne by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe delivery of the returned product to Glowille. While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as "DEFECTIVE PRODUCT." As we receive the parcel we will give the store credits to your Glowille wallet after deducting a nominal charge for order processing. The product returned should be in the original condition and we DO NOT take back any product that is found to be used by the customer, or with any wear and tear occurring from its use. We will not take responsibility for any such product that is returned to us.
1. It is mandatory to connect with our customer care team through e-mail if you want to return the product to us. So, if you return the product without any return conformation by our customer care team, then we will not accept the return.
2. Glowille don’t provide reverse pickup facility. So, customer must have to self-courier the product to our warehouse after getting return conformation mail by our customer care team.
3. Glowille don’t provide returns which are sold during promotional offers.
The products which we displayed on our website are the exact same products that we ship to you. The images are as good a copy of the actual products as possible by digital photography. Sometimes, some colours may appear slightly different on the computer/tablet/phone screen from the real color. This could be due to lighting and/or limitations of digital photography. Do keep this in mind when making purchases.
