        All products/services and information displayed on glowille.com establish a "successful order" on our website. If you have supplied us with your valid mobile number, we will notify you by SMS as soon as possible to confirm status of your order and you will receive an SMS again from our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product ordered.

        Every product are been rechecked, screened and assured by our quality check team to verify that the products is of high, quality, design, style, standards that they are representative of.

        Cancellations request of order once placed shall not be considerate once the products is dispatched from our warehouse. Kindly call/mail us if you want to cancel your order.

        We are having all the rights to cancel any of your order that is listed with incorrect price or for any other error. Of course, payment for the same will also be refunded & user will be informed.

        We are also informing the user that the COD (Cash-On-Delivery) is available only In India depending on the delivery services of our courier partners on selected pin codes. If your pin code is not available, then don’t worry we provide you delivery of products through India post.

        If a customer wants to return the product, then he/she needs to inform the customer care team after receiving the parcel within 24 hours via e-mail.

        Refunds will be processed in the form of rewards only.

        Customer needs to self-courier the product to the warehouse address after receiving return instructions by our customer care team via e-mail.

        In case of the product damage/defect, the customer care team will first of all analyze & validate the product & then process the refunds.

        Glowille.com is not legally responsible to refund more than the order value in any case occurs.

        The user who registers on our website to purchase products must agrees that the information her/she provides is accurate, specific and true information.

        Also, Glowille holds all the rights to authenticate & confirm each and every information, user provides us at any needful time. If we find any user information is incorrect or not true, we, Glowille have all the rights in its freedom of choice to refuse the registration or suspend the services in using our website

        As we receive the parcel we will give the store credits to your Glowille wallet after deducting a nominal charge for order processing.

        Glowille.com does not support any kind of CREDIT CARD FRAUD and hence we will not be responsible for the same. The responsibility to use a card falsely will be on the card holder/user. We strongly recommend user to use own card while paying online on our website.

        Do not share your internet banking details, such as user ID/password or your credit/debit card number/CVV/OTP with    anyone – either over phone or through email.

        User should also certifies that his/her age is at least 18(eighteen) or above as it is necessary OR he/she can use the services of our website under the supervision of parents/guardian.

        Your complaints will only be eligible to hear by us, within 14 days after the order/product is been delivered to you or shipping address.

Process of returning the product and also notifying you will be solved by our customer care team through mail only.
